BCT Constructions

BCT Constructions is a small Canberra family residential building team formed in 2017. Its work includes new homes, custom residences, knockdown rebuilds, extensions and full-home renovations across the ACT and Canberra surrounds, with direct involvement in site delivery.

The core service mix includes Custom Home Builder, New Home Build, Knockdown Rebuild, Home Extension, Home Renovation. Scope is shaped around the site, the existing building where relevant, the intended use and the client brief. New-build work covers complete delivery, while renovation, extension and rebuild projects respond to the conditions of an established property.

The small team is directly involved in project management and site construction. Work can range from alterations and extensions to a complete knockdown and rebuild, with scope discussion followed by quoting and construction planning. Early stages establish the brief, site constraints, budget direction and design information. Construction then moves through trade coordination, material scheduling, site management and completion, with the level of design input adjusted to the type and complexity of the project.

The business primarily serves ACT. Its main contact point is Monash, Monash, ACT 2904. Projects are organised around practical building delivery, with design coordination and construction management used where the scope requires an integrated process.
