Built By Drew

Built By Drew is a Canberra family building team with a business history dating to 1996. Its project mix includes custom residences, new builds, extensions, renovations, small commercial work and outdoor structures, with the ACT as its core market.

The core service mix includes Custom Home Builder, New Home Build, Home Extension, Home Renovation, Commercial Builder, Outdoor Structures. Scope is shaped around the site, the existing building where relevant, the intended use and the client brief. New-build work covers complete delivery, while renovation, extension and rebuild projects respond to the conditions of an established property.

The small team manages projects directly from the client brief and design discussion through trade coordination and on-site construction, covering complete new homes as well as alterations to existing residences. Early stages establish the brief, site constraints, budget direction and design information. Construction then moves through trade coordination, material scheduling, site management and completion, with the level of design input adjusted to the type and complexity of the project.

The business primarily serves ACT. Its main contact point is Cook, Cook, ACT 2614. Projects are organised around practical building delivery, with design coordination and construction management used where the scope requires an integrated process.
