AuAsia Express

AuAsia Express specialises in outbound parcels from Australia to Taiwan and forwarding Australian online shopping orders to Taiwanese recipients. Its Vermont collection point in Melbourne receives eligible purchases, while an associated online service supports parcel registration, payment and shipment tracking. The business connects Australian retailers and senders with the Taiwan delivery process rather than operating primarily as a China-to-Australia forwarder.

Through its work in parcels shipped from Australia to Taiwan, AuAsia Express links transport or warehouse handling with receiving arrangements. The company's activities focus on the goods and their supporting information, providing Australian senders and shoppers in Taiwan with logistics coordination centred on shopping forwarding and international parcel delivery and the connected freight and receiving arrangements.

Shopping-forwarding orders and personal parcels are handled through the Australian receiving and international dispatch process. The service links order information with the identity of the Taiwan recipient and the relevant parcel declarations, supporting delivery of eligible Australian goods to customers overseas.
