Atrium Homes

Atrium Homes serves clients across Perth and Western Australia. With a history dating to 1972, Atrium has remained centred on individually designed homes rather than applying a standard plan without regard to the site or household. In-house design coordination allows planning, appearance, buildability and budget to be discussed together from an early stage.

Its five-stage approach begins with an assessment of the block or property, including orientation, dimensions, planning considerations, budget and lifestyle needs. The team then develops a bespoke plan, three-dimensional elevations and a detailed quotation before coordinating approvals, selections, construction and handover.

Work includes new custom homes, integrated design-and-build commissions and display-quality residences. Clients can consider design alternatives and their cost implications progressively, reducing the separation that can occur when design and construction are handled without a shared process.

Atrium Homes is suited to Perth owners who do not want an off-the-shelf result and prefer design and construction responsibilities to remain connected throughout a distinctive residential project.

Before appointment, clients can discuss the site or existing property, intended use, priorities, budget range and desired timing with Atrium Homes. Relevant capabilities include Custom Home Builder, New Home Build, Project Homes, Building Quote, Construction Project Management, Design and Construct.
