Addbuild Additions is based in Rhodes, Sydney and works on alterations, additions, extensions and major renovations to existing homes. Established in 1980, it serves homeowners who want more space, a new layout or a substantial upgrade. Its work includes ground-floor extensions, second-storey additions, major renovations, design and construction.

Projects can be managed from concept through to completion, including design consultation, sketch plans, preliminary costing, plans and specifications, council or planning approvals, construction and project management. Addbuild can also take over projects where architectural plans or approvals are already in place.

Its portfolio includes work in Bondi Beach, Kellyville, Willoughby, North Rocks, Bronte, Turramurra and Forestville, covering additions, extensions, second-storey builds and broader renovations. Standardised addition concepts and bespoke design options are both offered.

Addbuild holds NSW builder licence 114851C and lists membership with the Housing Industry Association, Master Builders Association and GreenSmart Professionals. It carries the homeowner warranty and construction insurance required in New South Wales.
