Zhongtao International Consolidation

淘集运 is operated by a Shenzhen company founded in 2022, with its warehouse in the Tantou No.3 Industrial Zone in Songgang, Bao'an District. Its registered business covers international freight forwarding, road transport and customs-related services, so the team handles export paperwork and the domestic transport leg as well as receiving and packing.

The core service is gathering items customers buy or prepare in China and shipping them together to Australia. Customers enter the Songgang warehouse as their delivery address, parcels are signed in on arrival, and once everything is there the warehouse combines the items and prepares the export documents. After arriving in Australia, shipments are passed to local delivery.

Customs is the part of cross-border shipping customers find hardest to manage alone. Item names, quantities and values must be declared accurately, and mismatches can lead to inspections or delays. The team checks parcel contents during consolidation and prepares declarations from the information customers provide, so clear item descriptions help shipments move smoothly.

Tracking is provided once a shipment leaves Songgang, letting customers see when goods have been exported, when they reach Australia and when local delivery begins. The warehouse can also remove excess packaging, compress soft goods to reduce volumetric weight and add protection for glass or ceramics.

Customers include Chinese-Australian families, students, resellers and small online sellers. Battery products, liquids, powders and items restricted by Australian biosecurity should be checked with customer service before sending.
