Zhongao International Consolidation

澳国际集运 is a consolidation service specialising in sea freight from China to Australia. Customers send online orders and other items to its warehouse in China, where the team combines and packs them for shipment by sea and onward delivery in Australia. Alongside standard consolidation, it offers reinforced packing and transport insurance to reduce the risk of damage on a long journey.

Sea freight is the main route. Its lower cost per kilogram suits larger and heavier goods that are not urgent, such as homewares, kitchenware, clothing, books and small furniture. Customers often gather purchases over several weeks and send them in one batch, saving on freight and on the number of deliveries.

Packing receives particular attention because sea shipments travel for weeks and are handled many times. Before packing, the team discusses the goods with the customer: porcelain, glass and lamps can be wrapped in foam and bubble wrap, cartons can be fitted with corner protectors and straps, bulky soft items can be compressed to reduce volumetric weight, and original packaging can be kept on request.

Insurance is available for valuable or fragile shipments. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, claims can be made under the policy terms. Declaring the true value and keeping receipts and photos taken before and after packing helps any claim go smoothly.

Australian biosecurity generally restricts meat, dairy, seeds, plants and some herbal products, and battery items, liquids and powders should be checked in advance. On delivery, photograph any visible damage before unpacking and contact customer service promptly if insured goods are affected.
