Company Overview
Zest Nutrition Consulting has been my dietetic private practice since 2007. I have specialised in eating behaviour, emotional eating, disordered eating, eating disorder recovery, fussy eating and body image issues. I work through a trauma informed, neuroaffirming, weight neutral lens. Since 2021 I have been providing clinical supervision to dietitians who wish to work in this space.
