90% of what we have learnt in our working life has been learnt by doing, on the job. Not at university, not in a classroom and not from an eLearn module, but by giving it a go and having a crack. Yet most organisations leave on-the-job learning to chance, with minimum follow up post training, leading to little behavioural change. YakTrak’s co-founders, Brad Thomas and Peter Grist wanted to find a better way. With 30 years’ experience in behavioural change they were sure that the answer lay in improving day-to-day tactical leadership and people development activities.
