Whizdom

Whizdom is a specialist recruiter with a major Canberra base, focused on ICT, digital, project and government talent with contract and contractor-support services. Whizdom recruits for technology, digital and project-oriented teams across permanent roles, contract talent and specialist staffing. Consultants can source candidates against technical stacks, project environments and government or security-related experience, then support screening, communication and onboarding coordination through to commencement. Organisations using contractors on an ongoing basis can also draw on contractor-management support after placement. Canberra is a significant operating location, while the firm maintains service capability in other major cities, allowing it to support local government and commercial projects as well as organisations seeking candidates across a wider geographic market. Whizdom works well for roles where technical fit and project experience matter as much as a job title. Through Employee Onboarding, Recruiting, Staffing, and Talent Acquisition, Whizdom can source specialists, test fit against the delivery environment and build staffing arrangements that suit both urgent projects and longer capability programs. Additional support can draw on Workforce Planning, ICT Recruitment, and Contractor Management where those capabilities fit the assignment.
