Vic Properties

In 1958, a young Italian migrant, Vic Cellante, together with his business partner Harry Scholz, began developing properties in Gembrook, Cockatoo and Healesville. In the early 1970’s, Vic’s eldest son, Livio, entered the business and broadened its operations to include developments throughout the Western districts of Victoria. Now, the third generation of the Cellante family, Livio’s son Massimo runs the business, which was re-named in the early 1990’s ‘Vic Properties’ in honour of his grand father.
