Vertical Scope Group

Vertical Scope Group is headquartered in Canberra and operates a physical office in Fyshwick, with a business built around security-cleared workforce solutions, ICT recruitment and cyber capability. The company supports federal government, defence, national-security and corporate clients that need people with specialist technical skills, relevant clearances and the ability to work in tightly governed project environments. Its recruitment function sources permanent, contract and consulting talent across technology, cyber, cloud, project delivery and related professional disciplines. The firm is structured to support more than a single vacancy. Vertical Scope Group combines recruitment, contracting and workforce planning so clients can build or extend teams as programs change. Engagements may begin with defining the capability required, mapping the available talent market and screening candidates against technical and clearance requirements, then continue through contractor deployment and ongoing workforce support. For scarce or senior positions, the team can use more targeted executive-search methods, while recurring requirements can be supported through dedicated talent pools. Its Canberra position is particularly relevant to organisations working with Commonwealth agencies and the national-security ecosystem.
