Up Class Constructions

Up Class Constructions is an ACT residential builder offering custom new homes, house-and-land work, dual-occupancy projects, townhouse or unit developments and project management. Canberra is its core service market, with work across several residential densities and site types.

The core service mix includes Custom Home Builder, New Home Build, Duplex Builder, Construction Project Management, Townhouse Builder, House and Land Packages. Scope is shaped around the site, the existing building where relevant, the intended use and the client brief. New-build work covers complete delivery, while renovation, extension and rebuild projects respond to the conditions of an established property.

The builder defines design, approval and construction-management requirements according to the site and project type, covering individual custom homes as well as dual-occupancy and smaller multi-dwelling developments. Early stages establish the brief, site constraints, budget direction and design information. Construction then moves through trade coordination, material scheduling, site management and completion, with the level of design input adjusted to the type and complexity of the project.

The business primarily serves ACT. Its main contact point is Lyneham, Lyneham, ACT 2602. Projects are organised around practical building delivery, with design coordination and construction management used where the scope requires an integrated process.
