Trang An Vietnamese Cuisine

If you have a chance to come to Hanoi which has thousand years of culture history, the first thing you must try is local food. Hanoi cuisine also manifests the elegance of Trang An people. Our restaurant owners – Hiep Le was born in Ha Noi. He brought his little piece of Hanoi to Mona Vale. He left the Bondi Junction restaurant where he was working, decked out a small glass fronted eatery with a splash of colour and began winning over locals with his native cuisine - Trang An's cuisine. Trang An has several popular traditional dishes on its menu – pho bo, beef noodle soup, green pawpaw salad, salt-and-pepper squid, fresh rice paper rolls, noodles and curries.
