The company focuses on foreign currency exchange and international money transfers for individuals and businesses. Its information covers Australian dollars, Chinese yuan and US dollars, as well as other currencies including Hong Kong dollars, euros, British pounds and Singapore dollars.

Customers can discuss the currency they hold, the desired settlement currency and the amount they intend to exchange. The business provides information on currency pairs involving Australian dollars, Chinese yuan and US dollars. It also accepts enquiries about larger or more specialised transactions, where the intended payment purpose and account instructions may need individual attention.

The transaction process begins with account registration and identification checks. Staff then confirm the relevant quotation and banking details. Customers make the agreed transfer and provide evidence of payment, allowing the transaction to be checked against the sender, recipient and exchange instructions. The corresponding foreign currency is then transferred to the nominated account, and transaction records may be supplied.
