I hold an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy and a Distinction Diploma of Remedial Massage, and I’m a proud member of Massage & Myotherapy Australia — which means you can claim rebates through your private health fund and trust that my skills are always up to date. I’ve worked with all kinds of clients — athletes, pregnant mums, kids, retirees and everyone in between — across physio, chiropractic, and osteopathic clinics. I’ve also been on the sidelines at sporting events and in public clinics, so I’ve seen a lot! As a Gerringong local, a mum of three and someone who’s played just about every sport imaginable, I genuinely understand what my clients are going through — whether that’s a sporting injury, a busy family schedule, or just the need to slow down and recover.
