Koality Group

Koality Group is a Brisbane recruitment and HR consultancy with a physical office in Slacks Creek, supporting employers with recruitment, talent acquisition and practical people-management requirements.

Slacks Creek provides a Greater Brisbane south-side base for businesses in Brisbane and Logan. Document reviews, management advice and parts of the recruitment process can also be delivered remotely, making the service suitable for small and medium employers that want recruitment and core HR support from one external partner.

One side of the business is recruitment and talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening and placement. The HR consulting side covers audits, employment contracts, policy reviews, compliance, performance management, misconduct, termination and redundancy, and workforce planning, allowing support to continue after a new employee joins the client.

Koality's service model is practical and SME-oriented. It can run candidate-search and screening activity when a business is hiring, or review systems, documents and management processes when an employer already has a people issue. Recruitment and HR support share the same local team and contact channels, making continuing engagement straightforward.
