Mint Projects

Mint Projects focuses specifically on residential renovations and extensions in Brisbane, with particular experience in Queenslanders and other established character homes. The business has more than fifteen years of relevant experience and works with a small group of skilled craftspeople. Fine carpentry and the treatment of original building details are important parts of its renovation approach, especially where the owners want the home to feel updated without losing the qualities that made the existing house distinctive.

A renovation begins with the problems and opportunities already present in the property: spaces may no longer connect well, materials may need renewal, or the layout may no longer suit the household. The team determines which elements should remain and which should be changed as part of the renovation. Extension work creates additional living space while considering how the new volume, openings, materials and timber detailing connect with the original residence. Repairing or reinstating character details remains part of the broader renovation.
