In the clinic we consult, examine, diagnose and treat all sorts of skin concerns in all ages. Hormones, sun damage, ageing, oil and hydration are the main culprits; however, these are what we see and feel. Often the real causes of our skin problems, besides our time in the sun, are our stress levels and – believe me – how our gut copes with everything in our lives.
