Enriched HR

Enriched HR is based in St Leonards and supports SMEs and larger organisations with HR and people services. Outsourced HR, executive search, performance systems and team development are combined for organisations that need to strengthen both talent and management capability. The service mix connects recruitment with ongoing HR through executive search, recruitment, HR consulting and outsourced HR, employee onboarding, performance management and training and leadership coaching, helping employers maintain continuity after a new hire joins.

Engagements can start with one defined priority rather than requiring a client to adopt a full HR model at once. For HR foundations and day-to-day operations, HR consulting and outsourced HR and employee onboarding can help clarify roles, documentation, onboarding and compliance expectations. When hiring demand increases, executive search and recruitment can add search capacity and adapt to different levels of seniority or forms of engagement. People-development needs can be addressed through performance management and training and leadership coaching as the organisation matures. Workforce change and employee matters can also be supported through workforce planning.

Growth often creates several people needs at once, with new roles, onboarding, performance expectations and manager communication all changing together.
