The App Workshop

The App Workshop is a development business in Perth whose work centres on iOS, Android and cross-platform mobile products that translate business processes, customer interaction and field use cases into practical applications. Product planning prioritises business value and real use cases, establishing the critical workflow first and sequencing secondary functions around practical priorities.

The delivery mix includes Mobile App development, iOS App development, Android App development, Custom Software development. iOS development addresses Apple-device interaction, workflow and application behaviour for mobile products used by customers or staff. Android development adapts interfaces, data flows and device behaviour for mobile use in real customer, field or internal workflows. Custom software is shaped around the organisation’s own rules and processes, reducing the workarounds created when generic tools do not fit. Mobile application development extends important workflows to phones and tablets for customer service, field activity and internal collaboration.

Release preparation covers both the main business scenarios and everyday administration, helping client teams manage content, data and future change once the product is live. Delivery is staged so critical workflows become reviewable results before secondary modules are expanded; design, engineering and testing stay connected throughout the project.
