Tempus Design Studio

Tempus Design Studio is an architecture and interior design practice with studios in Brisbane and Mackay. Its work ranges from new houses and residential renovations to commercial, retail and hospitality spaces. The practice combines building and interior design so that spatial planning, external form, materials and day-to-day use can be considered together rather than separated into unrelated packages.

Projects begin with an understanding of the site, brief and practical priorities before moving into concept design and design development. Once a direction is established, the team prepares more resolved architectural information for approvals, consultant coordination and construction. This staged approach gives clients a clear progression from early ideas to documents that can support project delivery.

The studio’s varied portfolio requires different responses for different users. Residential work can focus on lifestyle, climate, light and the relationship between existing and new spaces, while retail and hospitality projects place greater emphasis on customer movement, identity and operational requirements. Interior design is integrated where the project benefits from a consistent architectural and internal language.

With contact points in Windsor and Mackay, Tempus can support projects across Brisbane, Central Queensland and the wider state.
