Taomao Consolidation

猫集运 is operated by a Guangzhou supply chain and logistics company established in 2020. Its warehouse occupies a full floor of a building in Xinkexia Village, Jiahe Street, Baiyun District, close to the logistics parks and airport in northern Guangzhou, one of the busiest e-commerce courier areas in South China.

The service is designed for Chinese shoppers living overseas. When ordering on Taobao, Tmall or Pinduoduo, customers enter the Guangzhou warehouse as their delivery address. Arriving parcels are signed for, logged and shelved, and customers can see which items have been received under their account and request shipment once everything they need is in.

Before shipping, the team can open parcels to check that the style, quantity and condition match the order. Problems found at this stage can still be resolved with the seller in China, rather than discovered after the goods have travelled overseas. After checking, parcels are combined, stripped of excess packaging or reinforced as required, then sent to Australia by international express or a dedicated consolidation line, with tracking available throughout.

Customers are mainly Chinese households, international students and resellers in Australia, as well as Chinese consumers in other countries. Because parcels stay in the warehouse until the customer requests shipment, people can shop in several rounds and ship everything together. Customers sending cosmetics, food or battery products should confirm the right route with customer service first.
