An Innovative, Fun-Loving and Hard-Working Team That Will Always Excel Beyond Your Expectations. As we grow, and our company changes, it becomes more important to remember our original core values. Our core values carry over to our service and business strategies, and because of this our clients know they can always depend on us for exceptional service. The following are the ten core values the team at STS lives and works by: At STS, our motto is, “Anything worth doing should result in a resounding, WOW!” WOW is a short, simple word, but it says a lot. To WOW someone, you must differentiate yourself, which means doing something beyond the expected. — Such as service and support that’s above and beyond the norm. STS isn’t your average IT provider; our service isn’t “average,” and we don’t hire people who are “average.” We expect everyone on our team to always deliver service that results in a “WOW!”
