Steve Bagnall Homes Pty Ltd

Steve Bagnall Homes is an award-winning residential building company established in Hervey Bay in 1993 by Steve and Robyn Bagnall. Steve has worked in the building industry since 1989 and is a licensed builder and experienced carpenter. The business has built a strong local reputation for personalised service, reliable project delivery and high-quality workmanship across Hervey Bay and the wider Wide Bay region.

Its core services include custom-built homes, new home construction, standard house plans, house and land packages, renovations and extensions. The company offers more than 200 existing house plans that can be adapted to suit different budgets, block sizes, styles and site conditions. For clients seeking a fully customised home, Steve Bagnall Homes can work from existing architectural plans or coordinate with local draftspeople and architects to develop a new design from the ground up.

The company also undertakes major renovation and extension projects, including additional rooms and second-storey additions. Its service model covers the process from initial consultation and preliminary planning through quotations, engineering input, building contracts, construction and completion. Steve and Robyn remain directly involved throughout the project and provide guidance on design, fixtures, fittings and construction decisions.

Steve Bagnall Homes primarily serves Hervey Bay and the wider Wide Bay area, including Maryborough, Fraser Coast, Fraser Island and Burrum Heads.
