Springfield City Group (SCG), formerly known as Springfield Land Corporation, was founded by Maha Sinnathamby and Bob Sharpless. The development of Springfield has been a game changer in property development, setting very high standards and challenging itself to build a city from the ground up. Driven by passion and innovation, SCG aimed to create a lasting legacy that redefined masterplanned communities and uplifted the southwestern corridor of South East Queensland.
