SPH Architecture & Interiors

Core project types include aged care, retirement living, health and dental, education, office fitout, industrial, resources-related non-process infrastructure and defence. Experience on government and institutional projects gives the practice familiarity with procurement, compliance, RFIs and multi-disciplinary coordination where procedural and technical certainty are important.

SPH Architecture & Interiors was established in 2007. It is a Perth architecture and interiors practice working across aged care, retirement living, health, education, workplace, industrial, defence and other institutional sectors.

Institutional work often has to balance ongoing operations, regulation, specialist equipment and large consultant teams. SPH Architecture & Interiors relies on clear technical documentation and staged coordination so that design intent can survive procurement and construction.

Depending on the commission, services can combine architectural design, commercial architecture, concept design, construction documentation, interior architecture and sustainable architecture. SPH Architecture & Interiors continually tests function, budget and technical conditions so that design development remains grounded in an achievable building outcome. From feasibility and concept development to construction documentation, SPH Architecture & Interiors keeps the relationships between site, programme, material and technical requirements in view.
