Skillforce Recruitment

Skillforce Recruitment provides labour hire, permanent recruitment, shutdown personnel and payroll services from Welshpool, serving Western Australian employers across mining, construction, maintenance, offshore projects and local/FIFO workforces. Skillforce Recruitment supports permanent, contract and project hiring, with assignments shaped around the role, required experience, location and timing.

Services include recruitment, staffing, payroll services, and talent acquisition, with further capability in workforce planning and shutdown personnel. Skillforce Recruitment can manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination and placement, while contract or project work also considers availability, assignment length and mobilisation.

Across mining, construction, maintenance, offshore projects and local/FIFO workforces, Skillforce Recruitment uses industry networks, direct outreach and candidate conversations to build a focused search. For Skillforce Recruitment clients, this helps reach credible people beyond inbound applications and gives specialist or time-sensitive roles a clearer path from brief to shortlist.

Skillforce Recruitment works with SMEs and larger organisations on new roles, team expansion, key replacements and project workforce needs. The Welshpool office provides a local contact point for Western Australian clients. Skillforce Recruitment can combine local delivery with remote support for distributed teams.
