With this extensive background in hospitality, Mr. Pinaki Sankar , a seasoned restaurateur, decided to introduce his signature touch to the Indian dining scene. Originally launched as an idea in 2010, it was introduced in June 2013, Samrat Tandoori Restaurant —a name that translates to " The King of All Indian Dishes "—with a focus on authentic tandoori cooking using traditional clay ovens . His vision was to create a space where guests could experience the true essence of Indian cuisine , blending centuries-old culinary traditions with modern hospitality standards.
