Pezzimenti Designs

Pezzimenti Designs is a Melbourne building design and drafting studio founded by Sam Pezzimenti in 2022. The practice works with private clients and builders on new homes, renovations, extensions, decks, pergolas, verandahs, garages, pools, multi-unit developments and commercial works. Each commission begins with the client’s intended outcome, budget, timing and site conditions before the drawing scope is established.

New-home work ranges from single and double-storey designs to knockdown rebuilds and small-lot solutions. Renovation projects can include second-storey additions, garages, major internal changes and new outdoor living areas. Commercial work brings use, compliance and construction requirements into the design process, while dual-occupancy and multi-unit projects require closer attention to site use, dwelling relationships and planning controls.

The studio can continue from concepts and schematic drawings into final working documentation. Depending on the project, the scope may also include 3D modelling and rendering, soil reports, surveys, engineering coordination, energy assessments, town planning, building permits, reports and consents, and selected site-stage support. This allows design decisions, consultant information and approval tasks to move forward within one coordinated sequence.
