Phil completed his Diesel Fitter apprenticeship in 1996 at the Dalrymple Shire Council where he worked his way up the ranks to become the Fleet and Workshop Manager. Phil's vast experience in managing a busy workshop and his strong work ethic coincided with his passion to deliver a high standard of work. This inspired him to start his own business from the ground up. Starting out as a Sole Trader in 2001, Phil's business grew rapidly over a short period of time which progressed to forming a Partnership with his wife Juanita in 2006. They are now operating with a fully staffed workshop and administration division. With eight mechanical technicians ranging from apprentices to tradesman in diesel fitting, light vehicle mechanics and auto electricians the workshop remains the heart and soul of the business.
