Roxby Architects

Roxby Architects was established in 1994. It is a long-established Perth practice working across commercial and civic architecture, workplace interiors, retail and hospitality, shopping-centre tenancy coordination and bespoke housing.

Project services span concept design, architecture, interior architecture, technical development, construction documentation and construction-stage coordination, including the specific demands of retail tenancy and commercial operations. Core project types include commercial, civic, workplace, retail, hospitality, shopping-centre and high-quality residential projects.

In workplace, commercial and hospitality settings, Roxby Architects focuses on how space supports real operations. Circulation, adjacencies, customer experience and technical systems are developed alongside architectural and interior character.

Depending on the commission, services can combine architectural design, commercial architecture, concept design, construction documentation, interior architecture and sustainable architecture. Roxby Architects continually tests function, budget and technical conditions so that design development remains grounded in an achievable building outcome. From feasibility and concept development to construction documentation, Roxby Architects keeps the relationships between site, programme, material and technical requirements in view.
