While the legal entity retains the founding architects’ names, the business has expanded across architecture, interiors, access, heritage and high-performance building.

The team identifies the constraints most likely to shape an outcome, then compares routes through drawings, models, material studies and consultant input. Its cross-disciplinary capability helps identify spatial, compliance, inclusion and performance requirements early, reducing late-stage redesign.

SQC Group treats communication as a design instrument. Client routines or operational needs, consultant advice and builder knowledge all inform judgement. Staged outputs distinguish what has been decided, what still needs a choice and where risk remains, allowing work to progress in an orderly way. Material and detail are developed with structure, durability, light and touch rather than applied as decoration.
