Humanistiqs

Humanistiqs is a Brisbane people advisory, HR and recruitment business operating from Spring Hill and founded in 2023. It holds a Queensland labour-hire licence supporting its recruitment and staffing work.

The firm works across executive search, recruitment, outsourced HR, workforce planning, industrial and employee relations, workplace investigations, HR compliance, onboarding, facilitation, coaching and training. Its team combines senior advisory capability with recruitment and people specialists, allowing support before and after a hire is made.

Humanistiqs blends consulting with implementation. An employer may engage the team for recruitment or executive search, retain it for continuing HR support, or bring it into a complex employment-relations or investigation matter. Leadership and team-development requirements can be addressed through workshops, facilitation and coaching alongside the advisory work.

The Spring Hill office gives the business a clear Greater Brisbane operating base. Services can suit employers of different sizes, including organisations with an internal HR team that require outside executive search, investigations or senior advisory capacity, while remote delivery supports multi-location projects and ongoing partnerships.
