ITdynamics Australia

ITdynamics, formerly Perth ICT, was founded in 2010 and specialises in education and small-to-medium enterprises, with service locations including Hillarys, Bunbury and Broome. Communication, strategic planning, customer service and attention to detail are central to its approach, with the aim of leaving each client in a better technology position.

ITdynamics Australia manages IT Support, Managed IT Services, Remote IT Support, Help Desk Services, Microsoft 365 Support and Office Network Support within one continuing view of the environment. For ITdynamics Australia, information from day-to-day support can inform device refreshes, capacity, security priorities and future projects, linking immediate fixes with longer-term technology decisions.

Services include onsite and remote IT support, fixed-fee plans, remote monitoring, cloud hosting, Office 365, offsite backups and virtual desktop infrastructure. Unlike a purely reactive helpdesk model, ITdynamics also includes strategic planning and tailored training so users and management can make better use of technology.

Education clients can access specialist school support, while business clients can combine cloud, monitoring and onsite service around their size and complexity. Published customer-satisfaction measures and its multi-location WA footprint reflect a strong focus on service experience and regional reach.
