We provide domestic and international air and sea freight, e-commerce fulfilment, third-party logistics warehousing and customs clearance for sellers and business customers. Our team works with customers to discuss logistics requirements and suitable service arrangements. Online tools support parcel tracking and air-cargo tracking, and customers can submit enquiries about delivery status, proof of delivery or other matters through the contact form. We have operating locations in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane and Adelaide, including a separate parcel-collection location in Chullora, Sydney. Enquiries can include contact details, enquiry type and a tracking number where relevant. Our customer service team generally responds to email enquiries within 48–72 hours. Specific routes, handling arrangements, charges and delivery estimates depend on the shipment and the service agreed for that consignment.
