Our work also considers the responsibilities that follow settlement. When family circumstances, property ownership or income changes, borrowers may want to review existing repayments, loan features or refinancing costs. We explain practical alternatives and their limitations so that customers can make informed decisions. The lender determines eligibility, interest rates, fees and final approval according to its policies and the applicant's finances.
