Ombra Bar

Located next door to Florentino, Ombra is a salumi and cicchetti bar highlighting the craft of preservation. By honouring time-honoured techniques — drying, smoking, salting, fermenting, pickling, and candying — our menu celebrates nature’s abundance and preserves the very best of each season. Ombra offers a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, with a lively wine bar and high stools on the ground floor and a dining room upstairs. We look forward to welcoming you for an aperitivo and a taste of Italian cicchetti.
