Neon Construction

Neon Construction serves clients across Perth and Western Australia. The company is dedicated to commercial environments rather than treating fit-out as an extension of residential work. Offices, shops, health facilities, education spaces and industrial sites each bring different requirements for continuity, circulation, hygiene, safety, completion dates and property management.

Projects include office fit-outs, retail and hospitality spaces, healthcare and education environments, commercial refurbishment, end-of-lease make-good work and selected mining or industrial facilities. Neon can build from developed documents or contribute to early scope and buildability discussions.

Before delivery, the team establishes site conditions, approvals, programme, budget, long-lead items and operating restrictions, then coordinates trades, procurement, quality and safety. Staged or occupied-site work also requires planning for noise, dust, access and shutdown windows.

Neon Construction suits businesses, property teams and consultants who need commercial constraints understood and want one contractor accountable for organised site delivery and a timely return to use.

Before appointment, clients can discuss the site or existing property, intended use, priorities, budget range and desired timing with Neon Construction. Relevant capabilities include Commercial Builder, Construction Project Management, Building Quote, Office Fitouts, Commercial Refurbishments, Makegood Works.
