Metrowest IT

Metrowest IT is based in Wangara and provides managed IT, cyber security, backup and recovery, cloud, networking and project delivery to Perth businesses. Its service proposition is straightforward: protect critical assets, improve productivity and give clients greater confidence in their day-to-day technology environment.

Managed clients can draw on Managed IT Services, IT Support, Data Backup, Disaster Recovery, Office Network Support and IT Consulting through one ongoing relationship. By retaining environment knowledge, Metrowest IT reduces repeated troubleshooting and can carry established standards into onboarding, refreshes, migrations and business growth.

The team offers both managed-service and ad-hoc models. Managed clients receive ongoing support aligned to user numbers, while organisations with occasional requirements can engage for defined work. Existing customers are given rapid response expectations with a clearly stated maximum response commitment.

Metrowest combines backup, security, cloud and support with upgrade and expansion projects, which suits businesses that want to improve progressively rather than rebuild everything at once. Its Wangara team can move from everyday troubleshooting into networks, migrations, refreshes and continuity planning.
