Jiacheng Group

Jiacheng Group operates from Box Hill in Melbourne and provides currency exchange and international remittance services. The company began offering foreign exchange services in 2015 and assists customers transferring money between Australia, China and other overseas destinations. Its activities include personal remittances, business foreign exchange and conversion involving Australian dollars, Chinese yuan and additional major currencies.

Individual customers can discuss the currency they need, their intended recipient and the details required for an overseas payment. Enterprises can seek assistance with currency conversion for international commercial transactions. The company distinguishes personal remittance needs from business exchange requirements while providing opportunities to clarify the documents and banking information relevant to each request.

The transaction process begins with customer registration and identification. Customers obtain the appropriate bank account details, make the instructed transfer and provide evidence of payment. Staff then check the transaction information and prepare the related exchange and remittance instructions. Customers are encouraged to confirm the currency pair, sender details and destination account before proceeding.
