MAYDAY Recruitment

As a Sydney-based people-services business, MAYDAY Recruitment focuses on practical employer needs across hiring and workforce management. The agency focuses on corporate recruitment and can scale permanent, temporary and contract hiring to match changing workforce demand. Key capability sits across recruitment, talent acquisition, temporary and contract staffing, executive search and workforce planning, connecting immediate vacancies with wider workforce requirements.

The service can be scaled around actual workload, placing external HR capability where specialist input or additional execution is most useful. When hiring demand increases, recruitment, talent acquisition, temporary and contract staffing and executive search can add search capacity and adapt to different levels of seniority or forms of engagement. Workforce change and employee matters can also be supported through workforce planning.

As teams expand or leadership responsibilities change, recruitment and HR processes usually need to evolve in parallel. MAYDAY Recruitment can add external search reach, candidate screening and market access while the client retains ownership of role design, culture and final hiring decisions. When several roles are active together, priorities can be organised around workforce planning rather than treating every vacancy as a separate exercise.
