MAS Architecture Studio

MAS Architecture Studio is a Brisbane CBD architecture and interior design practice focused on development-led and larger-scale projects including apartments, multi-residential housing, townhouses, hotels, resorts and mixed-use developments. The studio brings feasibility, development value, architectural experience and construction fundamentals into a single design process. Its services include master planning, architecture, interiors, visualisation and project management, allowing clients to move from early project testing into developed design with one coordinated team. MAS frames much of its work around development success. Early design therefore considers feasibility, development objectives and value alongside architectural ideas instead of treating architecture as a purely formal exercise. On multi-residential, hotel, resort and mixed-use projects, building scale, resident or guest experience, operations and commercial outcomes interact closely, so feasibility, master planning, architecture and interiors are treated as connected parts of the same decision process. The studio also lists visualisation and project management within its capability set. Visualisation helps development clients understand massing and spatial outcomes before construction, while management services help keep design, consultants and project objectives aligned.
