Loop Connections

From its Sydney base, Loop Connections works with small and mid-sized businesses on hiring, people management and workforce priorities. HR, talent and culture are treated as connected priorities, with particular emphasis on performance, engagement, talent acquisition, retention and leadership development. The offering extends from talent acquisition, recruitment, HR consulting and outsourced HR, performance management, employee engagement and training and leadership coaching into continuing people support so recruitment and post-hire management do not operate in isolation.

Loop Connections can be used for a single project, a period of increased workload or a continuing advisory relationship. For HR foundations and day-to-day operations, HR consulting and outsourced HR can help clarify roles, documentation, onboarding and compliance expectations. When hiring demand increases, talent acquisition and recruitment can add search capacity and adapt to different levels of seniority or forms of engagement. People-development needs can be addressed through performance management, employee engagement and training and leadership coaching as the organisation matures. Workforce change and employee matters can also be supported through workforce planning.

Hiring peaks, organisational change and concentrated employee issues can quickly increase the workload carried by an internal people team.
