Longshunhong

顺弘 is operated by a Shenzhen-registered logistics company working from the Huayi industrial park in Dalang, Longhua District. Longhua sits in central Shenzhen, linking Dongguan to the north and the city centre to the south, and the surrounding area is home to many electronics, apparel and household goods suppliers, so domestic goods are easy to source and move.

The company uses Shenzhen as the China-side collection point for its Australia route. Customers can have merchants send goods directly to the Longhua site or drop off items they have prepared themselves. Once everything has arrived the team checks quantities and then combines and repacks the goods according to their type and the customer's instructions, adding moisture and shock protection where needed so loose parcels become cartons ready for a long journey.

Sea freight is the main shipping method. Its lower unit cost suits bulky or heavy goods such as clothing, kitchenware, books, bedding and small furniture, and customers sending many items at once. After departure, goods travel by sea to Australia and are handed to local delivery, so customers do not have to manage the transfer stages themselves.

Customers include Chinese families relocating to Australia, long-term international students and small businesses restocking from China. People moving house or settling long term can share an item list in advance so the team can plan cartons and packing, while goods containing batteries, liquids or food should be checked before shipping by sea.
