LINK Living

LINK Living is a boutique Brisbane property management and sales business operating from Fortitude Valley. Co-founder Brad Minhinnick takes an active role in appraisals and client conversations. Part of the wider LINK group, it focuses on inner-city investment homes and a small-team relationship with landlords and residents.

Owners can seek rental appraisals, discuss marketing and photography and arrange applications for prospective tenants. After the property is let, the agency remains involved in everyday resident communication and rental matters. Its approach is designed to let clients deal directly with people familiar with their property.

The team also assists landlords changing managing agents, coordinating contact with the previous manager, transfer of files and introductions for existing tenants. Online tools include an owner portal and a rental application channel. These are supported by direct contact with the Fortitude Valley office for questions requiring a conversation.

LINK Living publishes commitments concerning responsiveness and urgent issues. In addition to rental management, it handles residential sales and matters relevant to investment homes held through self-managed superannuation funds. The business prioritises continuity and personal contact as a rental property moves through different stages.
