KJR Drafting

KJR Drafting uses Lidcombe as its main project base and works across residential drafting, liquor and retail stores, office layouts, childcare centres, sheds, storage facilities and commercial developments. As a residential and commercial drafting studio, it moves from design into documentation in a staged way, recognising that residential, commercial and other building types carry different scales, uses and technical requirements.

KJR Drafting delivers Architectural Design, Concept Design, Residential Architecture, Commercial Architecture, Development Design, Construction Documentation, and 3D Rendering, adjusting the depth of each service to the project type. A commission may begin with concept and architectural design before moving into development design and construction documentation; 3D rendering provides an additional way to understand complex spatial or building relationships.

KJR Drafting has a distinctly mixed drafting portfolio. Alongside residential work, it handles liquor and retail stores, office layouts, childcare centres, sheds, storage facilities and commercial development, each with different requirements for layout, drawing detail and visual presentation. Concept design, development design, documentation and 3D rendering are used in different proportions according to the project type.
