Position One Property

Position One Property operates from locations in Camp Hill, Chermside, Narangba and Eight Mile Plains, serving residential clients across Greater Brisbane. Director Luc Iovenitti leads sales agents, business development staff and senior property managers. The wider coverage includes Ipswich, Logan and Moreton Bay.

Property management is a substantial part of the agency. Owners can request rental appraisals and discuss marketing a home, reviewing tenancy applications and selecting suitable occupants. The dedicated senior property manager model provides a consistent contact for landlords, including those moving an existing rental from another agency.

During a tenancy, Position One coordinates rent administration, arrears follow-up, inspections and maintenance issues. Written reports with photographs help owners understand property condition, while landlord statements keep them informed about transactions. The manager also communicates with residents and considers renewal or reletting arrangements.

The sales division assists with property appraisals, marketing and open homes. Sellers and buyers can approach staff working in their local area, while landlords retain a separate management contact. This allows the business to serve immediate residential transactions as well as long-term investment property needs.
