JING & CO.

JING & CO. is based in Surry Hills and supports SMEs and larger organisations with HR and people services. The practice supports businesses operating across Australia and Asia with cross-border recruitment, executive search, HR advice and workforce planning. Talent services cover recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search and workforce planning, supporting individual appointments as well as periods of broader team growth.

Engagements can start with one defined priority rather than requiring a client to adopt a full HR model at once. For HR foundations and day-to-day operations, HR consulting and outsourced HR can help clarify roles, documentation, onboarding and compliance expectations. When hiring demand increases, recruitment, talent acquisition and executive search can add search capacity and adapt to different levels of seniority or forms of engagement. Workforce change and employee matters can also be supported through workforce planning.

Growth often creates several people needs at once, with new roles, onboarding, performance expectations and manager communication all changing together. JING & CO. can add external search reach, candidate screening and market access while the client retains ownership of role design, culture and final hiring decisions. When several roles are active together, priorities can be organised around workforce planning rather than treating every vacancy as a separate exercise.
