It addresses a common problem: most sellers on Chinese e-commerce platforms only ship within China, so Chinese customers in Australia need a domestic address where their purchases can be received before being sent overseas. The company's warehouse in China provides that address.

Customers simply enter the warehouse as the delivery address when ordering. Parcels from different sellers are signed in and matched to the customer, and once everything needed has arrived the customer submits a shipping request with Australian recipient details. The warehouse combines and packs the items, weighs them and arranges international transport, followed by local delivery in Australia.

The service is not limited to online shopping. Relatives in China can also send clothing left at home, children's study materials or everyday items to the warehouse, where they are forwarded together with other parcels. This is easier than relatives finding an international courier themselves and allows everything to share one carton.
